For dinner you could include pasta or rice, fish, lots of green vegetables - stir-fried in pure olive oil or rice bran oil if you like, the choice is yours, as long as it consists mainly of fresh greenery (salads and the like). You can include small amounts of red meat, although fish is preferable; but all in smaller quantities than you have probably been accustomed to.Fruit as a quick snack during the day can be very healthy and a weight- loss aid. Grapes, an apple, orange, chopped and all mixed with lettuce, celery and beetroot into a salad of your own choice of ingredients you made up earlier and kept in the fridge.
